This is a
thin small corner notch triangular point with a flattened cross section. The blade is
narrow and primarily straight, but may be excurvate and is serrated.
The blade commonly protrudes out at the shoulders similar to
Livermore type points. The shoulders may range from slightly
barbed to horizontal or at a slight upward angle. The stem is expanding, and the
base may range from straight to convex. This point has a random flaking pattern.

Distribution Comments:
This type is primarily found in the Davis and
Guadalupe mountains in Lobo Valley and the Salt Basin extending into the
Glass Mountains and Toyah basin. This point is rarely found in the
Big Bend region and is thought to extend westward into New Mexico (Mallouf,
2013)
